Refund & Return Policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since the purchase of the product, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. It must also be returned in the original packaging. To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card as promptly as possible.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within a few days of our refund approval email, please check your bank account again. If the refund is not displayed in the most recent transactions, please contact your credit card company. Thereafter, please contact your bank. Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is officially confirmed.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, then please contact us at info@hibernianbotanical.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same item, send us an email at info@hibernianbotanical.com and send your item to: 3 Sea Breeze, Clough East, Carne, Co Wexford, Ireland.

Shipping

To return your product, please post your product to: 3 Sea Breeze, Clough East, Carne, Co Wexford, Ireland.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the amount of the refund will not include the initial shipping cost (if applicable).

The time it may take your exchanged product to reach you will depend on where you live in relation to Ireland as we will be shipping the exchanged product from Ireland. 

If you are shipping an item which is worth over €75, it is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or perhaps purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
